Facebook adds organ donor status, registry to timeline
It was inevitable..There have been several occasions where people have been lucky enough to have found a compatible donor through facebook and other social media sites. Now, this has been taken to a completely other level with the Founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg providing an organ donor button for quicker access to waiting lists.
Not sure how this will work for those outside the US but at least it's a step in the right direction.
